Rhinoplasty is the most preferred surgery among plastic surgeries. The popularity of rhinoplasty seems to have enabled that male patients also show interest in rhinoplasty.
Today, 1 out of every 4 rhinoplasty operations are performed for men.
There are some differences between rhinoplasty operations in men and in women. The most important of these differences is that the nasal structure that will be gained as a result of male-type rhinoplasty operation should not lose its masculine appearance. In the new appearance which will be created by the surgeon, the nasal tip should not be lifted as much as in women. At this stage, the nose-lip angle should be specified as a maximum of 90 degrees. Angles above 90 degrees are ideal for women.
